Ever wish that you could attend a Mardi Gras Ball? Do you feel the need to toss trinkets to screaming mobs? Ever hear the loud screams of “Throw me something Mister”?? Do ya wanna??? The Krewe of Dionysus is now accepting applications for their 2012 parade. Below you can find the terms and conditions portion of the application. The full application is available on the application page of the website in MS Word format. Feel free to download a copy and submit to the Board. Please be sure to include valid contact information so that if you are selected, the Krewe will be able to notify you in a timely manner.

2012 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION Being desirous of acceptance in the Krewe of Dionysus, I hereby submit this, my application, and if accepted, agree to abide by the Krewe Rules, Regulations and By-Laws as formulated by the Board of Directors.
I understand and agree to abide the Krewe Rules, Regulations and By-Laws for application to the Krewe
1. The Annual dues are $400.00 and due upon acceptance to Krewe
- Payment plan is available and will be as follows:
Three installments
First payment of $150.00 due March 30
Second payment of $125.00 due June 15
Third payment of $125.00 due August 10
2. The Annual dues includes the following Activities:
a. Six General Membership meetings, member only.
b. Crawfish Boil, member & spouse or date and their children.
c. Pre-Parade party, member & spouse or date
d. Breakfast Day of Parade, member only.
e. Position on Float Parade Day, member only
3. Krewe’s Annual Coronation Ball will be by reservation only; a $100.00 fee will be required for attendance. This fee is non-refundable, member & spouse or date.
4. Student Rider must be between the ages of 16-18 or senior in high school, and must ride next to the sponsoring member, fee for a student rider is $250.00 (Parade Only)
5. Should I resign from the Krewe, I must notify the Board of Directors by May 1, other wise I remain responsible for DUES payments as they become due.
