2013 - 2014 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
I hereby submit my application to become a member of the Krewe of Dionysus and, if accepted, I understand and agree to abide by the Krewe rules, regulations and by-Laws as formulated by the board of directors. The Annual Dues are $275.00 and are due upon acceptance to the Krewe. A payment plan is available in two installments as follows: First payment of $175.00 due March 12, 2013
Second payment of $100.00 due April 15, 2013
Make checks payable to “Krewe of Dionysus” or “KOD.” Dues payments are not refundable.
The Annual dues include the following activities: Two General Membership meetings (members only), pre-parade breakfast (member only), and position on the float parade day (member only). The Krewe’s coronation party.
Student Riders must be a male, between the ages of 16 - 18 or a senior in high school, and must ride on the float next to the sponsoring member. The fee for a student rider is $200.00 and includes the pre-parade breakfast and parade only.
